Mid 40’s Return To WNC This Week

Looking ahead to early next week, a strong front will bring through unseasonably cold temperatures to the area. Many locations will fall in the the mid or even low 40’s on Tuesday morning, and that could be devastating to some early crops. If you can cover you gardens on Tuesday night in order to minimize damage. Below you can see the most recent GFS model temperature depiction for WNC on Tuesday morning. As you can see, widespread mid 40’s look to be possible. This will be jacket weather so hopefully you haven’t put them up just yet!! Check back for another update soon and have a great weekend!
